1. Update to the Latest Software Version
Make sure your device is running the most recent software.

2. Check the Speaker
Ensure that nothing is covering or blocking the speaker located on the back of the device.
3. Restart the Device
Turn the device off and on again to refresh the system.
4. Adjust the Volume
Increase and decrease the volume to ensure it is not set too low.
5. Check for Bluetooth Connections
If your device is connected to a Bluetooth audio device, sound will be transmitted through the Bluetooth accessory instead of the MyEye’s speaker.
6. Change the Device Voice (Optional)
If you find the current voice unclear or unpleasant, you can change it.
