1. Check That the Device Is Charging Correctly
Make sure the device is being charged properly.

2. Troubleshoot the Charging Setup
If the device is still unresponsive, try the steps below to isolate the issue:
- Try charging the device using a different wall outlet.
- Remove and clean the magnetic charger piece inserted into the micro-USB port on the back of the MyEye.
- Replace the magnetic charger piece with one of the spare pieces included in your MyEye box.
3. If the Device Still Won’t Charge
If none of the steps above resolve the issue, please submit a support request:

Charging Indicators
When the device is off:
The MyEye will make a distinct beep when connected to a charger, and the LED lights will turn on.
When the device is on:
The device will announce: “Charger connected” or “Charger disconnected.”
