The device serial number can be retrieved in 3 ways:

1. With a voice command.
   1. Say: “Hey OrCam, tell the Device Serial Number”
      • Alternatively, double tap the trigger button, and after the long beep say  say: "Tell the device Serial Number"
2. In the settings menu.
   • Click here for more information on how to enter the settings menu on the OrCam Learn.
   • Scroll through until you reach “General Settings Menu” and press the trigger button to select.
   • Scroll through until you reach “Enter device serial ID menu” and press the trigger button to select.
   • The device will then announce the device serial number.
3. The serial number is also written on the bottom of the device in small white letters next to the barcode.
