1. Check for Software Updates
Ensure that your device is running the latest software version.
2. Check the Microphone and Device Position
- Make sure nothing is covering or blocking the microphone.
- Confirm that the device is properly attached to the glasses and not held in the user’s hand.
- Ensure the device is not in suspend mode.
- Note: The device may automatically enter suspend mode after 3 minutes of inactivity.
3. Make Sure Full Vocal Commands Are Enabled
To enable full vocal commands:
- Enter the Settings menu.
- Swipe forward until you reach General Settings, then tap to select.
- Swipe forward until you reach Configure Vocal Commands, then tap to select.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to enable full vocal commands.
4. Confirm You Are Using the Correct Voice Commands
Check Language and Region
- Ensure you are speaking commands that match the region the device was sold in.
- Make sure the selected system language is the language you are speaking.
Check Available Commands
- Verify that the command you are using is supported by the device.

- Some features and commands depend on the specific model and software version.
5. Check Speaking Distance and Timing
- Do not speak too close to or too far from the device.
- Avoid saying commands too quickly after a previous action, or too long after activation.
