Troubleshooting Steps
1. Verify Language Settings
- Make sure the system language and the reading language are the same.
- The reading language must not be set to Automatic Language Recognition.
- Click here for instructions on how to change the device language.
2. Print Size and Style
Depending on the size, style, or formatting of the print:
Some headlines may not be recognized as headlines.
Some sub-headlines may be identified incorrectly as main headlines.
3. Distance From Text
If the device is too far away, the print may appear too small to be recognized.
If the article text is classified as “Unreadable,” then the associated headline cannot be identified as a headline.
